Operose Health Ltd is seeking an experienced ANP/ACP to join our Integrated Urgent Care GP HUB. You will deliver on-the-day care, including history taking, clinical assessment, diagnosis and treatment, within a collaborative GP hub team.
This role is 36 hours per week (part time, 1–4 days), with a salary up to £60,000 depending on experience and a £5,000 signing bonus. Applicants should be an experienced nurse with advanced practice and prescriber credentials.

The Croydon GP Hubs are in place to provide urgent, on-the-day care, for patients with minor illness or minor injury. We are staffed by a mix of General Practitioners and Advanced Nurse Practitioners, who together provide a wide range of skills, abilities and experience.
