Job summary

Operose Health Ltd in Croydon is seeking an Advanced Nurse Practitioner/Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join the GP Hub. You will deliver urgent primary care, perform initial history taking, clinical assessment, diagnosis and treatment, and contribute to outcomes and patient experience.

The role supports nurse leadership, requires NMC registration as an advanced practitioner and independent prescribing. Highly collaborative, with scope for progression within an at-scale primary care provider.
