Job summary

Fraser Edwards are recruiting a UPVC Carpenter for a permanent role, carrying out repairs and maintenance across South West London. The role covers occupied and void properties on a repairs contract.

You will be working Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, with overtime available and company vehicle and tools provided. A full UK driving licence is required; a core trade qualification is desirable.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence preferred.
• Core trade qualification desirable but not essential.
• 2+ years' experience in a similar trade role.
• Experience with UPVC doors/windows is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Carpentry duties: hanging doors, skirting, flooring, architrave.
• Internal and external window repairs and UPCV window fitting.
• Lock renewals and snagging works.
• Liaising with customers, clients and staff; logging works via PDA.

Job Description

Fraser Edwards are currently working directly with a Social Housing Contractor to recruit a UPVC Carpenter for permanent role - undertaking work across South West London.

The Role

This role will be on a repairs and maintenance contract, completing works in occupied and void properties.

Duties

• Carpentry - Hanging Doors, Skirting, Flooring, Architrave
• Internal and External window repairs
• Fit UPCV doors and windows
• Lock renewals
• Snagging Works
• Logging works via PDA
• Liaising with customers, clients, and staff
