Job summary

The Belfry Hotel & Resort in Sutton Coldfield is seeking an energetic Cocktail Bartender to join our busy Brabazon Bar team. You will craft cocktails, wines and spirits, welcome guests warmly, and deliver a memorable guest experience in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Candidates with bar experience are preferred, but we provide thorough training. You’ll talk about our drinks menus, upsell where appropriate, maintain high hygiene standards, and work late nights and weekends across resort

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a busy cocktail bar or hotel bar preferred.
• Training will be provided if no previous experience.
• Deliver high-quality beverages with attention to detail.
• Strong guest-focused service and upselling opportunities.
• Able to work late nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Create and serve cocktails, wines, spirits and beverages to guests.
• Welcome guests in a polite, friendly and professional manner.
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience from start to finish.
• Confidently talk about drinks menus and promotions while upselling.
• Prepare cocktails to a consistently high standard with presentation in mind.
• Take orders efficiently and ensure guest needs are met.
• Maintain hygiene and rotate stock as part of duties.
• Follow licensing and health & safety regulations to keep bar safe.
• Work across resort outlets as required to ensure smooth operations.
