Responsibilities

• Planning and delivering tailored learning activities for individuals and small groups
• Leading lessons when required to ensure continuity of learning
• Supporting pupils with a range of educational, emotional, and behavioural needs
• Monitoring progress and providing meaningful feedback
• Contributing to personalised support plans and interventions
• Using positive behaviour management strategies to motivate and engage learners
• Building strong, trusting relationships with pupils, families, and colleagues
