Job summary

AMG Recruitment in Northamptonshire is seeking an experienced Upholsterer to join a permanent, full-time team. You will work on office seating and bespoke residential furniture, delivering high-quality finishes from start to finish across varied projects.

This role offers a starting salary of 25,000–30,000 per year with Monday to Friday shifts, 21 days of holidays plus bank holidays, and a pay structure that reflects experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in producing or reupholstering office seating or residential furniture from start to finish.
• Proven experience as an Upholsterer or similar field.
• Ability to read and interpret upholstery patterns and blueprints.
• Experience with cutting tools and equipment such as scissors and shears.
• Knowledge of different types of fabric and materials used in upholstery.

Responsibilities

• Produce and reupholster office seating or residential furniture from start to finish.

AMG Recruitment is an employment business that provides Textile Personnel around the UK. Due to continued success and growth, our client is looking for Upholsterers in Northampton. Successful candidates will be offered full-time shifts on a permanent basis.

Starting Salary: 25,000 - 30,000 per annum

Contract Period: Permanent

Holidays: 21 days plus Bank Holidays.

Working hours: Monday to Friday choice of shifts

Breaks: 30 mins lunch break and two 15 min breaks

Products: Office and commercial seating, bespoke residential furniture.

Duties

• Some experience in producing and reupholstering office seating or producing residential furniture from start to finish..
• Proven experience as an Upholsterer or similar field.

• Experience with cutting tools and equipment such as scissors and shears.
