Manpower Group (UK) is seeking an experienced Upholsterer in Durham to join a growing furniture manufacturer. This permanent, full-time role offers a salary of £32,000 per year, with a Monday to Friday day shift and on-site parking.

The candidate should bring strong upholstery skills and a pride in quality workmanship. Key responsibilities include fabricating components, creating patterns, and upholstering various furniture items to a high standard, while maintaining safety and production

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Upholsterer or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of upholstery techniques, materials, and processes.
• Ability to read and work from specifications, patterns, and designs.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Physically capable of carrying out lifting and handling duties.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable, hardworking, and motivated with a positive attitude.

About the Role

Manpower is currently recruiting for an experienced Upholsterer on behalf of a growing and well-established furniture manufacturer in Durham. Due to continued expansion, our client is looking for a skilled and motivated individual to join their production team on a permanent basis.
