Job summary

AMG Recruitment is seeking an experienced Upholsterer in London for a permanent, full-time role. You will produce and reupholster banquet seating and residential furniture from start to finish.

The position offers a starting salary of £37,000 to £50,000 per annum, with a 08:30–18:00 workday, 23 days holiday plus bank holidays, and a range of on-site benefits.

Applicants should be able to read patterns, templates and blueprints, and work with diverse fabrics and materials.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Upholsterer.
• Ability to read and interpret upholstery patterns and blueprints.
• Knowledge of different types of fabric and materials used in upholstery.
• Proficiency with cutting tools and equipment such as scissors and shears.

Responsibilities

• Ability to produce and reupholster banquet seating or produce residential furniture from start to finish.

AMG Recruitment is an employment business that provides Textile Personnel around the UK. Due to continued success and growth, our client is looking for Upholsterers in London. Successful candidates will be offered full-time shifts on a permanent basis.

Starting Salary: £37,000 - £50,000 per annum

Contract Period: Permanent

Holidays: 23 days plus Bank Holidays.

Working hours: Monday to Friday 08:30-18:00

Breaks: 30 mins lunch break and two 15 min breaks

Products: Upholstered seating, wall and floor panels Leather cladding of handrails and furniture

Duties:
