Job summary

Securitas UK is seeking a PA/Companion to support a 21-year-old man who enjoys dance, performing arts, cinema, bowling and social activities. You will help him access a range of activities, including walks, parks, and cafés, ensuring safety and wellbeing.

The role requires a calm, patient, and understanding approach, with good communication and de-escalation skills. Experience with learning disabilities, autism, ADHD, and epilepsy is important to support his confidence and independence.

We are looking for a PA/Companion to support a 21-year-old young man who enjoys dance, performing arts, cinema, bowling and social activities. As a PA/Companion, you will be supporting SPA-JCA to access and enjoy a range of activities, including going for walks, visiting parks, and relaxing in cafés over hot chocolate. SPA-JCA may experience anxiety in community settings, so we are looking for someone who is calm, patient, and understanding. Your role will include ensuring his safety and wellbeing at all times, while supporting him to build confidence and independence.
