Job summary

Fantastic Primary School in the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham is seeking multiple Unqualified Teaching Assistants (Level 3) for ASAP starts. You will support children across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, including pupils with SEN.

The role involves fostering a calm, nurturing classroom, supporting personal care where required, and working closely with teachers to promote engagement and progress. ASAP starts, long-term contract, full-time, with specialist training and ongoing professional

Qualifications

• Must hold a degree from a reputable University
• Strong passion for education and willingness to learn
• Experience supporting children with SEN is highly desirable

What shall you be doing as an Unqualified Teaching Assistant

• Supporting children across EYFS, KS1 & KS2
• Support pupils with Autism, complex needs and challenging behaviour.
• Maintain a calm, structured and nurturing classroom.
• Support personal care and daily routines where required.
• Encourage positive behaviour, confidence and engagement.
• Build trusting and positive relationships with pupils.
• Work closely with teachers and wider professionals.

JOB DESCRIPTION - Unqualified Teaching Assistant

• Teaching Assistant - Unqualified
• £105 - £120 per day
• Working with a range of mild SEN: Autism, ADHD and Dyslexia
• Specialist training and professional development provided
• ASAP starts - Long term contract - Full Time - No weekends
• Located in the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham

PERSON SPECIFICATIONS - Unqualified Teaching Assistant

• Must hold a degree from a reputable University

• Supports pupils with a range of complex additional needs
• Previous experience supporting children and young people with SEN is highly desirable.
