Academics Ltd in Milton Keynes is recruiting Unqualified Teachers to support our network of secondary schools across Buckinghamshire. Start dates available ASAP or January 2027, with a daily pay of £130.

We welcome applicants with an undergraduate degree who are passionate about inspiring young learners. Training and expert support are provided to help you build a fulfilling career in education, even without prior teaching experience.

• Undergraduate degree in a subject area.

Responsibilities

• Supervise students and ensure completion of pre-planned tasks.
• Manage classroom behaviour and foster a positive learning environment.
• Assist pupils with questions and provide guidance.
• Adhere to school behaviour and safeguarding policies.
• Collect and hand in completed work to the Head of Department.
• Provide feedback on lessons and student engagement.

Role: Unqualified Teacher

Start: ASAP OR January 2027

Pay: £130 per day

Area: Milton Keynes

The role of an Unqualified Teacher:

As an Unqualified Teacher, you'll pay a key role in maintaining classroom continuity during teacher absences. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supervising students and ensuring they complete pre-planned tasks.
• Manging classroom behaviour and fostering a positive learning environment.
• Assisting pupils with questions and providing guidance.
• Adhering to the school's behaviour and safeguarding policies.
• Collecting and handing in completed work to the Head of Department.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• An undergraduate degree in a subject area such as Chemistry, PE, Business Studies, Computer Science. Or others.
