Job summary

Academics Ltd is recruiting Unqualified Teachers to support our strong network of secondary schools in the Buckinghamshire area, with a focus on Milton Keynes. Start options include ASAP or January 2027, and pay is 130 per day.

You will contribute to classroom continuity by supervising pupils, managing behaviour, and assisting with student questions. To succeed, you should hold an undergraduate degree and demonstrate strong communication, confidence, and adaptability, plus a genuine enthusiasm

Qualifications

• An undergraduate degree in a subject area such as Chemistry, PE, Business Studies, Computer Science, or other subjects.
• Strong communication skills, confidence and adaptability.
• Genuine enthusiasm for working with young people and supporting their educational journey.

Responsibilities

• Supervising students and ensuring they complete pre-planned tasks.
• Managing classroom behaviour and fostering a positive learning environment.
• Assisting pupils with questions and providing guidance.
• Adhering to the school's behaviour and safeguarding policies.
