A welcoming and inclusive primary academy in Slough is seeking a passionate and motivated Unqualified SEN Teacher to join their team from September 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong interest in special educational needs to develop their skills in a supportive school environment.
This full-time position is offered on a one-year fixed-term contract, with the possibility of becoming permanent for the right candidate.
Deliver tailored support to pupils with a range of special educational needs under the guidance of the SENCO and teaching team.
Work collaboratively with colleagues and external professionals to ensure inclusive, high-quality learning experiences.
Support the development of EHCP targets and personalised learning plans.
A strong interest in working with children with SEN, ideally with experience in an educational or care setting.
A proactive, patient, and flexible approach to teaching and learning.
Willingness to learn and grow professionally, with support from experienced staff and ongoing training.
A dedicated and friendly team with a commitment to staff development.
Hands-on experience in a dynamic classroom environment.
