Job summary

Envision Education is seeking a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to support pupils across primary schools in Slough. Immediate start is available, with a full-time pattern, Monday to Friday, 8:30am–3:30pm.

You will work closely with teachers to provide learning and pastoral support, including one-to-one and small-group assistance, SEND support and classroom resources. A Level 3 TA qualification and a passion for education are essential.

Qualifications

• A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
• Previous experience working with children in a school, nursery, childcare or similar setting.
• A genuine passion for supporting children and young people.
• A patient, caring and approachable personality.
• Confidence supporting children with different needs and abilities.
• Able to work Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm.
• Based in Slough or willing to commute to Slough.
• A genuine interest in developing your career within education.

Responsibilities

Experience supporting children with SEND, behaviour or additional needs would be advantageous.
