In the heart of Haringey, a fantastic Secondary School is seeking multiple Unqualified Learning Support Assistants for September 2025 starts. These are long-term, full-time roles spanning the full academic year from September 2025 to July 2026.

Our longstanding client school is beginning its recruitment early and aims to secure the best talent for September. It is a leading school in Haringey, offering exceptional training and development opportunities. Graduates who have worked at the school have gone on to roles such as Assistant Psychologist and similar positions.

Role Details
  • Supporting children across KS3-5
  • Schools' Direct Teacher Training opportunity for suitable candidates
  • General classroom support
  • Working with a range of SEN: Autism, ADHD, SEMH, and SpLD
  • £115 - £121 per day - Term time only
  • Full-time, paid weekly
  • September 2025 start - Long-term contract for the full academic year
  • Located in the London Borough of Haringey
Person Specification
  • Must hold a degree from a reputable university, ideally a 1st Class or 2:1
  • Must have a passion for education and a desire to learn
  • Must be fully committed to the role, working five days per week
  • Good understanding of the primary curriculum and general knowledge of SEN is desirable but not essential
  • Strong academic background required
