Protocol Education Limited is recruiting caring Nursery Assistants to join nurseries across BS4. You don’t need a formal childcare qualification to apply.

Experience with children through childcare, coaching or youth work is welcome. A background in paediatric care would be a bonus but is not essential; we seek passionate individuals who support children’s development in early learning settings.

Protocol Education is working with a number of welcoming nurseries and early years settings across BS4 who are looking for caring, enthusiastic and reliable Unqualified Nursery Assistants to join their teams as soon as possible.

You don't need a formal childcare qualification to apply. If you have experience working with children through childcare, coaching, youth work, family support, play schemes, healthcare, or similar environments, we'd love to hear from you.

A background in paediatric care or paediatric training would be a fantastic bonus, but it is not essential. Most importantly, we're looking for people who are passionate about supporting children's development and creating positive early learning experiences.
