Job summary

Advanced Resource Managers Ltd is seeking a Hosting Platform Engineer (Unix/Linux) for a 6-month contract in London. The role covers patching, lifecycle maintenance, and security hardening across UNIX/Linux environments with a focus on enterprise standards.

You will handle OS and middleware patching, Oracle WebLogic, JBoss EAP, and Java platforms, ensuring reliability through DR validation and controlled rolling upgrades. Hybrid work with 2 days in London per week.

Qualifications

• Experience patching patching, upgrades, and lifecycle maintenance across UNIX/Linux environments.
• Security hardening and vulnerability remediation.
• Configuration management, cluster patching, rolling upgrades, rollback planning.
• Disaster recovery validation and post-patch testing in line with enterprise standards.
