Job summary

BirdLife International in Cambridge is seeking an ERP System Administrator to support and advise ERP users. You will work on system development projects, contribute to best practices and liaise with third-party service providers across the BirdLife Global team.

You will develop Unit4 knowledge, manage support, and create internal training resources while collaborating with BI developers and Data Engineers to ensure top-tier reporting and processes. The role is hybrid with one day on-site weekly.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and DBMS knowledge.
• Strong understanding of workflows and processes.
• Familiarity with SQL and scripting languages is desirable.
• Structured, methodical approach, team-oriented and user-focused.

Responsibilities

• Develop Unit 4 knowledge for back-office system functions.
• Support internal system development projects.
• Develop working knowledge of all key interactions and processes in Unit 4.
• Act as the point of contact for Unit 4 support for BirdLife Global team.
• Create training resources for Unit 4 and ERP services.
• Develop and maintain standard procedures.
• Collaborate with BI developers and Data Engineers to ensure reporting excellence.
• Maintain backups and recovery documentation.
• Handle internal support tickets efficiently and professionally.
• Coordinate with outsourced support to resolve complex queries.
