Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RGN) with current NMC registration.
• Experience creating well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments.
• Up-to-date knowledge of DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
• Proven leadership with experience mentoring junior nurses.

Responsibilities

• Plan rotas and manage staffing to ensure safe care delivery.
