Barchester Healthcare is hiring a Unit Nurse Manager (General) for one of our care homes in the United Kingdom. You will plan, manage and monitor nursing delivery, delivering person-centred care plans that improve residents' day-to-day lives.

You will plan rotas, recruit, train and mentor staff, and build relationships with local regulators and social services. The role offers autonomy to develop your unit with ample opportunities for professional development.

Competenze

• Registered Nurse (RGN) with a current NMC registration.
• Experience producing well-developed care plans and risk assessments.
• Up-to-date knowledge of regulatory frameworks (DoLs/MCA, Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines).
