HC-One Ltd. is seeking a Unit Manager to lead a designated section of a dementia, nursing, residential or specialist care home, ensuring compassionate and person-centred care for residents. You will uphold the highest standards while guiding a team in delivering excellent service.

You will cover day-to-day management in the Home Manager's absence, maintain dignity and well-being in all interactions, and contribute to a supportive, inclusive workplace within a community-focused organisation.

Responsabilités

• Take responsibility for a specific part of the home and deliver the highest level of care.
• Operate the home in the absence of the Home Manager and Deputy Home Manager.
• Maintain resident dignity and well-being in daily care and interactions.
