The role:

1. Work directly with key stakeholders to develop care and clinical services, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care as recognized through external regulation ratings.
2. Lead the introduction, engagement, and development of colleagues, embedding best practices, and monitoring compliance for various care and clinical initiatives.
3. Monitor compliance with care & clinical KPIs such as tissue viability, nutrition, end-of-life care, medication, etc., and analyze data from individual homes to identify and respond to trends or concerns.

About You:

• Registered Nurse with an active NMC Pin.
• Full Driver's License and access to own vehicle.
• Experience in Quality and Governance, ideally in a care home setting.
• A commitment to providing the best care with an innovative mindset to achieve this.
