The role:

1. Work directly with key stakeholders to develop care and clinical services, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care as recognized through external regulation ratings.
2. Responsible for the introduction, engagement, and development of colleagues, embedding best practices, and monitoring compliance for various care and clinical initiatives.
3. Embed best practices by monitoring compliance with care & clinical KPIs such as tissue viability, nutrition, end-of-life care, medication, etc., and analyze data to identify and respond to trends or concerns.

About You:

• An experienced Registered Nurse with an active NMC Pin.
• Full Driver's Licence with access to own vehicle.
• Quality and Governance experience, ideally in a care home setting.
• A determination to ensure the best care is practiced and an innovative mind to achieve this.
