HC-One Limited is looking for a proactive Unit Manager to lead a dedicated care team in our dementia, nursing, residential and specialist homes, delivering compassionate, person-centred care to every resident. You’ll take responsibility for a portion of the home and, when needed, run the entire operation in the Home Manager’s absence, always safeguarding residents’ dignity and wellbeing.
