Job summary

You will lead multiple workstreams, analyse complex data to inform strategies and business cases, and present findings to senior stakeholders and committees, while managing external providers.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' Lloyd's market experience.
• Experience managing Underwriting-related projects.
• Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills, internal and external.
• Confident analysing and interpreting complex data to support strategy and business case development.
• Well organised, able to prioritise and coordinate multiple work-streams concurrently.
• Clear, confident communicator, comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders and committees.

Responsibilities

• Lead key projects and workstreams supporting the underwriting transformation and processing agenda.
• Act as product owner for underwriting systems and processes, coordinating with IT to improve operations.
• Drive consistency across underwriting teams with standardised workflows.
• Track developments in insurance tech to shape the operating model.
• Build relationships with external system and service providers to influence roadmaps.
• Contribute to change initiatives spanning digital strategy and technology.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects within the change framework.
• Analyse data to create strategies and business cases with process maps.
• Present findings to senior stakeholders and committees.
