Qualifications

• Experience in operational transformation within the insurance industry, particularly claims and/or underwriting.
• Ability to deliver operational improvements and manage client relationships.
• Experience leading teams and managing client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of projects focused on claims process enhancement and/or underwriting transformation.
• Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring client satisfaction and tangible outcomes.
• Collaborate with brokers, underwriters, and other stakeholders to align transformation efforts.
