Arch Europe Insurance Services Ltd in London is seeking an Administrative and Underwriting Assistant to provide support to the underwriting team. You will enter submissions, rating models, quotes and bound policies into the underwriting systems and assist with day‑to‑day tasks.

This 12‑month fixed term contract requires strong data accuracy, excellent MS Office skills, and the ability to work with brokers and back‑office teams.

Qualifikationen

• Strong time management.
• Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Able to interrogate data for errors and anomalies.
• Able to review processes and identify improvements.
• Familiar with Pivot Tables and data management.
• Minimum 12 months experience in Insurance, ideally as an Underwriting Assistant.

Aufgaben

• Data Input: Enter submissions, rating models, quotes and bound policies onto underwriting systems.
• Account Administration: Assist underwriters with day-to-day underwriting operations and management reports.
• Account Query resolution: Resolve outstanding premium receivable issues and liaise with brokers for information.
• General Administration: File preparation, scanning, and daily liaison with back office support teams.
