Job summary

Stride Resource Management Ltd in the North West is seeking an Underwriting Manager to lead and develop a team underwriting complex Commercial Combined risks within appetite and authority. The role offers £75,000 salary for the right candidate and a strong performance related bonus.

You will build broker relationships across the region, coach colleagues, act as a technical referral point, support portfolio performance, and contribute to continuous improvement.

As the Underwriting Manager:

• You'll play a key role in underwriting complex Commercial Combined risks within appetite and authority.

• You'll work closely with your team, helping to lead, coach and develop their underwriting skills

The successful Underwriting Manager candidate will have:

• Annual salary £75,000 for the right candidate
