Hybrid pattern with around three days in the Manchester office and two days home working; you will shape the branch's success, lead large‑case management and collaborate with Trading Underwriters.

Barker Munro Recruitment is working with a leading insurer expanding its Manchester branch. We’re seeking a Senior Property & Casualty Underwriter to drive new business growth across Mid‑Market and Mid‑Corporate risks.

You’ll play a key role in shaping the branch’s success—building broker relationships, leading large‑case management, and underwriting profitable new business while supporting and influencing the wider underwriting team.
