You will build class knowledge to assist the underwriting team, manage daily workflow, and liaise with managers to meet productivity targets.

Responsibilities

• Perform data entry of insurance policy information into in-house systems.
• Develop knowledge across classes of business to support the USS model.
• Manage daily workflow and respond to queries.
• Monitor data accuracy using QC reports and dashboards.
• Attend underwriting meetings when required and support process improvements.
