The program supports hybrid work with three days in office and two at home. You will learn industry knowledge, participate in the apprenticeship, and build a career in a competitive insurance

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Triage and process New Business, Renewals and mid-term adjustments.
• Enter quotes, risks and endorsements accurately in IT systems.
• Enter risks timely into systems via Shared Services.
• Review aggregation data and respond to queries.
• Gather information for local policies with the team and underwriters.
• Support underwriters by handling queries and preparing renewals documentation.
• Assist with pricing and classifying risks per guidelines.
• Collaborate with Risk, Claims, Marketing, Distribution, Finance teams.
• Help resolve overdue premium and tax queries with Operations or Credit Control.
• Prepare loss reports for Brokers.
• Research for Senior Underwriters as needed.
