Job summary

Infocus Resources in the United Kingdom seeks a hands-on utility surveying professional to locate underground services using EM location and ground-penetrating radar, marking all services to colour standards and maintaining permits on site.

You will work under BPSS security requirements, ensure compliance with the Break Ground permit, review method statements, and liaise with the project team and clients on-site.

Qualifications

• CSCS Card required before commencing work.
• Familiarity with electromagnetic location and GPR essential.
• Knowledge of PAS 128 and TSA important.
• Able to operate surveying equipment on-site and communicate with clients.

Responsibilities

• Authorise Permit to Break Surface and ensure project permit compliance.
• Review method statements for specific tasks.
• Mark all services within the work boundaries and maintain colour standards.
• Provide teams with an overview of services and discuss methods to work around them.
