Randstad CPE is seeking an experienced Site Engineer for a major heavy civils project in Dartford. This is a secure 12-month contract with site-based hours 07:00–18:00, starting immediately.

You will oversee SCL works, primary/secondary lining, waterproofing, and underground structures, delivering to programme and safety standards. Responsibilities include supervising daily operations, coordinating subcontractors, reviewing RAMS, and maintaining quality through ITPs and site diaries on a busy

Formación

• Experience delivering heavy civils, SCL tunnelling, shaft sinking or underground structural packages.
• Comfortable with standard site hours 07:00–18:00.
• Proven track record on large infrastructure projects.

Responsabilidades

• Site supervision and engineering of 77m underpass packages.
• Enforce safety protocols, review RAMS, and deliver daily briefs.
• Direct trade gangs and subcontractors to meet 3-week lookahead targets.
• Log diaries, oversee ITPs, and monitor structural tolerances with the team.
