Position

We have an exciting opportunity for a bright and enthusiastic undergraduate studying for a Computer Science or IT-related degree to undertake a 12-month placement in our IT Team based in Caterham, Surrey.

During your placement, you will provide 'first line' support for all incidents, resolving issues to the user's satisfaction using documented processes or escalating to the Service Delivery Manager as needed.
