MBDA is offering a 1-year undergraduate placement in Systems Design at Stevenage, starting September 2027. You will work on real-world projects related to complex weapons, gaining exposure to lifecycle phases from concept to certification and even potential international travel.

Qualifications

• Currently an undergraduate studying for a degree in Physics, Mathematical Sciences, Engineering, Physical Sciences, Chemistry, Technology or Computing.
• Willing to undergo BPSS checks and security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Work within MBDA's Systems Design function in Stevenage to concept, design, deliver and support Complex Weapons capabilities for the UK and partner nations.
• Complete a placement on a project across lifecycle and potentially travel within the UK or internationally.
• Engage with internal and external customers and learn the Systems Engineering V-model across projects.
