Job summary

University of Nottingham, Sutton Bonington campus, is seeking a role within the Assessments Team to support management, coordination and delivery of assessments across undergraduate Veterinary modules, including ExamSys, OSPE/CEs and coursework submissions.

You will work with colleagues across the School of Veterinary Medicine and Science to ensure assessment processes are robust, compliant and consistently delivered to a high standard, providing hands-on oversight for on-site exams and

Qualifications

• Relevant qualifications or substantial experience in further or higher education, alongside strong administrative experience, data handling and reporting skills, and a sound understanding of GDPR.
• Highly organized and an excellent communicator with the ability to manage multiple priorities to deadlines, working as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Support management, coordination and delivery of assessments across undergraduate Veterinary modules, including ExamSys papers, OSPE/CEs and coursework submissions.
• Collaborate with academic teams, clinical skills staff and professional services to ensure robust, compliant assessment processes.
• Provide on-site operational oversight and flexible working hours to support examinations at Sutton Bonington Campus.
