Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence required and access to own vehicle.
• Strong customer service ethic with ability to build relationships.
• Proactive and able to work independently while contributing to the team.
• Proficient with basic IT tools including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with buyers and sellers and arrange property viewings.
• Negotiate offers and close sales.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and buyers.
• Market properties to buyers using various channels.
• Generate new and repeat business and canvass local area.
• Door knocking and leaflet dropping where appropriate.
