Human Appeal in the UK is seeking a Website Content Manager to lead the ongoing operation and optimisation of the HA website from its Cheadle base. You will partner with the Communications (Digital) team and a digital agency to ensure content is engaging, accessible and aligned with SEO and AI strategies.

Responsibilities include managing content across Umbraco, driving conversions and donations, and coordinating with design and product teams to evolve the content system while maintaining brand

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or a related field.
• 3–5 years’ experience in digital content management and content marketing.
• Strong ecommerce and website management experience using Umbraco or similar CMS.
• Excellent writing, editing and storytelling skills in English.
• Solid SEO, AEO/GEO, AIO best practices and content analytics.
• Experience with multi-brand/region sites and agile workflows.

Responsabilités

• Oversee website operations, performance, and integrations with Salesforce.
• Optimise content, navigation and search to boost conversions and sales.
• Identify bugs and coordinate fixes with the development team.
• Audit KPIs across RACE Framework: traffic, conversions, AOV, engagement.
• Drive LLM-aware content, SEO and AI visibility strategies.
• Lead Umbraco CMS content updates for on-page SEO and governance.
• Collaborate with design/UI to evolve modular components and design system.
• Monitor content performance and refine strategy using data.
• Lead CMS team mentoring and cross-functional collaboration.
• Plan migrations, testing and QA during site updates.
