Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
- 5+ years of ultrasonic NDT R&D experience.
- Expertise in PAUT, FMC, TFM and related imaging techniques.
- Strong understanding of ultrasonic wave propagation and signal analysis.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
Responsibilities
- Serve as technical SME in advanced ultrasonic NDT applications (PAUT, FMC, TFM, PCI).
- Collaborate with R&D and engineering to develop new inspection technologies.
- Develop and optimize ultrasonic data acquisition, processing, and inspection methods.
- Translate customer requirements into technical specs and practical solutions.
- Support product development through validation, testing, and performance evaluation.
- Provide technical expertise to sales teams for complex applications.
- Conduct customer demonstrations, training, and equipment evaluations.
- Assist customers with system configuration, installation, and troubleshooting.
- Gather feedback to identify product improvement opportunities.
- Represent Phoenix at industry events and customer meetings.
