Job summary

Merlin Entertainments in London offers a UKG Pro WFM Implementation Specialist position on a 24-month fixed-term contract. You will configure, maintain and optimise UKG Pro WFM across scheduling, timekeeping, forecasting, accruals, absence management and reporting.

You will collaborate with Attraction Operations, People, Payroll, Finance and external UKG support to maximise workforce efficiency and data-driven decision-making, delivering exceptional guest experiences in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Strong UKG Pro WFM expertise and passion for workforce optimisation.
• Experience with advanced scheduling and forecasting, timekeeping, analytics, budgeting and labour planning.
• Understanding of workforce operations in multi-site, shift-based and seasonal environments.
• Knowledge of timekeeping, scheduling and labour compliance requirements.
• Excellent reporting and analytics capabilities and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Configure and optimise UKG Pro WFM modules including Scheduling, Timekeeping, Forecasting, Accruals, Absence Management, Labour Tracking and Reporting.
• Manage advanced scheduling and workforce forecasting to support labour planning across peak and off-peak periods.
• Develop insightful operational and payroll reporting to support business performance.
• Ensure compliance with labour regulations and workforce policies.
• Provide troubleshooting, system support and continuous improvement recommendations.
• Deliver training and ongoing support to managers and business users.
• Support labour budgeting, workforce analytics and productivity initiatives using WFM data.
