Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Principal Consultant to lead UKG Pro WFM implementations in the UK, driving architecture, configuration, and governance across Timekeeping, Attendance & Accruals, Scheduling, and Advanced Scheduling.

You will mentor senior consultants, review designs, and collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, and Operations to ensure smooth delivery and post‑go-live support across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 11–13 years of experience with UKG Pro or similar workforce management systems.
• Experience in Kronos Workforce Central to UKG Workforce Dimensions implementations and migrations with Dell Boomi expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle UKG Pro WFM implementations (discovery to post-go-live)
• Serve as the WFM solution architect aligning configurations with business strategy and compliance
• Define and enforce implementation standards, governance models, and best practices
• Mentor junior consultants and review designs to ensure quality and consistency
• Lead workshops, blueprint sessions, and stakeholder reviews
• Provide governance, QA support, and post‑go-live optimization guidance
