Steadman Brown is partnering with a major UK organisation to expand a large Salesforce platform primarily across Service Cloud, Experience, and Marketing Cloud. They seek a Programmatic Salesforce Developer to join an established Salesforce team and drive development, optimisation and evolution of the system across hundreds of users.

Qualifications

• Proven Salesforce Developer with end-to-end implementation experience.
• Strong stakeholder engagement translating tech solutions into business outcomes.
• Experience on large-scale or greenfield Salesforce projects desirable.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into high-quality technical solutions aligned with Salesforce best practice.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams to deliver impactful solutions.
• Develop programmatic solutions using Apex, LWC, and other Salesforce development tools.
• Support and enhance Service Cloud and other Salesforce products across the organisation.
