Job summary

JP Engineering in Colchester is seeking a Junior Land Surveyor to begin a hands-on career with full training. You will join a growing surveying team and contribute to diverse projects across the region and wider UK.

You will assist with topographical and land surveys, use Leica total stations, GPS and AutoCAD, and work alongside experienced surveyors while travelling to sites. The role includes ongoing training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Some experience in land, topographical or engineering surveying would be beneficial.
• A relevant qualification or surveying background is advantageous.
• Comfortable working outdoors and travelling to different sites.
• Good attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
• Full UK driving licence preferred.
• Experience with Leica equipment, GPS or AutoCAD is a bonus.
