MSX International is seeking a Warranty Audit Consultant for the UK market. The role involves in-depth reviews of dealer warranty operations, focusing on repair capabilities and audit risk, with regular travel across the UK and overnight stays when required.

The successful candidate will conduct structured warranty audits, ensure correct submission of claims and compliance with warranty procedures, and provide detailed reports and dealer guidance on process improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years' experience in warranty
• Deep knowledge of the motor industry a must
• Experience with warranty policy/procedure and workshops a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage travel and workload effectively

Responsabilités

• Analyze dealer warranty cost performance
• Perform on-site warranty audits across the UK
• Review pre-selected paid claims and supporting dealer documents
• Advise dealers on warranty processes and compliance
• Prepare detailed on-site reports and close-out documentation
