Job summary

MSX International is seeking a Warranty Audit Consultant for the UK market to perform in-depth reviews of dealer warranty operations, focusing on repair capabilities and audit risk for our automotive client.

You will conduct on-site audits across the UK, analyze historical warranty cost performance, review claims, advise dealers on warranty processes, and prepare detailed reports. Significant travel and overnight stays are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years’ experience in Warranty and in-depth knowledge of the motor industry.
• Alternatively, strong Aftersales and Warranty Process knowledge with three years of technical/workshop experience.

Responsibilities

• Work within a team to support the UK region.
• Analyze dealer historical warranty cost performance.
• Conduct dealer on-site warranty audits.
• Pre-approve/validate claimed warranties and associated documentation.
• Advise dealers on warranty processes and compliance with manufacturer’s Warranty.
• Prepare detailed reports on inaccurate claims and present findings on-site.
• Present close meeting reports while still on site.
