Job summary

MSX International is seeking a Warranty Audit Consultant to perform in-depth reviews of dealer warranty operations across the UK, focusing on repair capabilities and audit risk.

The Warranty Audit Consultant will conduct warranty audits throughout the UK, requiring travel, detailed reporting, and close collaboration with dealers to ensure compliance with warranty procedures and policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years’ experience in warranty with motor industry knowledge.
• Alternative candidates: three years of technical/workshop experience with warranty/process knowledge.
• Extensive knowledge of policy, procedures and workshops’ processes.
• Knowledge of cars is advantageous but not essential.
• Ability to liaise with all levels within the dealer network.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage own workload and travel.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Dealer on-site Warranty audits.
• Analyze dealer historical warranty cost performance.
• Advise Dealer on warranty processes and compliance with manufacturer’s Warranty.
• Prepare detailed reports and present close meeting reports on-site.
