Job summary

Merlin is seeking a Volume Recruitment Executive based in Basingstoke to support high-volume seasonal recruitment across our UK attractions. The role involves end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and stakeholder coordination with resorts and attractions such as Alton Towers, Legoland Windsor, and Thorpe Park.

You'll manage multiple requisitions, screen candidates, and arrange inductions while juggling fast-paced activity and right-to-work checks across several systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment essential.

Responsibilities

• Owns end-to-end recruitment cycle from attraction to onboarding.
• Conducts screening and coordinates interviews.
• Attends daily alignment meetings with resorts and attractions.
• Schedules inductions and interviews; manages multiple priorities.
• Performs right-to-work checks across multiple systems.
