Job summary

Merlin Entertainments is seeking a Volume Recruitment Executive based in Basingstoke to lead high-volume seasonal recruitment for UK attractions. The role covers end-to-end recruitment and onboarding, with exposure to popular parks such as Alton Towers, Legoland Windsor, and Thorpe Park.

You’ll manage multiple requisitions, coordinate with resort stakeholders, and handle screening, interviews, and right-to-work checks. Strong organisational skills and recruitment experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally high-volume or seasonal.
• Ability to manage multiple job requisitions end-to-end through the recruitment cycle.
• Strong understanding of onboarding processes and right-to-work checks.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and attraction methods.
• Proven ability to manage large candidate pipelines with engagement.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end recruitment for high-volume/seasonal roles across Merlin attractions.
• Screen and progress candidates through to onboarding and interviews.
• Attend daily stakeholder meetings with resorts and attractions to align activity.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and compliance checks across multiple systems.
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
