Job summary

Parfums de Marly seeks a Visual Merchandising & Trade Animation Manager UK to elevate brand visibility and retail experience across the UK. You will translate global strategies into local executions, ensuring flawless brand standards and impactful activations.

Reporting to the UK Marketing Director, you will lead end-to-end VM, trade animation and store projects, manage budgets and collaborate with retailers, agencies and suppliers to deliver on-brand experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in VM, trade marketing or related field.
• Experience in luxury beauty, fragrance or fashion.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead UK VM guidelines implementation across the UK.
• Manage planograms, POSM deployment and visual updates.
• Oversee trade animations from briefing to installation.
• Coordinate openings, renovations and permanent projects.
• Plan and forecast VM roadmap and budget.
