My client are seeking an experienced Assistant Visual Merchandising Manager to join their team on a freelance basis, supporting a globally recognised luxury brand. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the heart of a premium brand environment, based in their London Head Office with a hybrid working model.

• Location: London Head Office (hybrid working)
• Freelance / Day Rate (DOE)

Responsibilities

Reporting to the VM Manager, you will support the execution of visual merchandising strategies across retail stores and key wholesale partners. You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring brand consistency, elevating in-store experiences, and delivering impactful product launches.

• Support the rollout of VM guidelines across retail and wholesale accounts
• Assist with seasonal launches, animations, and campaign implementations
• Liaise with suppliers, production teams, and retail partners
• Coordinate POS distribution and manage VM assets
• Conduct store checks (virtual and in-person) to maintain brand standards
